Maintaining an effective liaison between the UCSD Campus and the San Diego community regarding the campus' physical development is the primary mission of the Community Planning function. A greater knowledge of both on- and off-campus projects and plans will naturally result in better coordination and cooperation.
Community Planning and UCSD Physical Planning are units of Strategic Campus Resource Initiatives. We work closely with other campus and capital units within Resource Management and Planning.
